Chorale Connecticut is celebrating its 15^th anniversary season!

 To commemorate, Dorothy Barnhart, our artistic director, has planned performances that will delight. It all began with our major fund raiser, Cabaret and Cabernet on October 21 at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center in Meriden. Mayor Mike emceed our fourth annual event, offering over forty wines for tasting compliments of Stew Leonards’; the Chorale entertained with selections of patriotic songs appropriate for the 2011 fall memorials. The evening was a night to remember.

Our Christmas concert, Radiant Light, on December 3, 7:30 P.M. and December 4, 4:00 P.M. will highlight carol selections accented with thoughts and poems from past holiday writings; all will be narrated by David Ross Russell. Luminaries will grace the grounds of the First United Methodist Church in Meriden and the Charlotte Bristol Memorial Hand Bell Choir will ring in the Chorale. The spring will find us showcasing young area musicians and artists performing songs from Disney movies. The framework of the concert will be the journey of children through their imaginative lives from early childhood on.

As you can see, this season will be spectacular; Chorale Connecticut offers you wine, candle lights, poetry and song. Fifteen years of memories have placed you in our hearts; together, we have shared somber moments and gleeful ones. Please join us in our celebrations and continue to support us financially.
